Wole Odetayo is a Nigerian entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and ecosystem builder with over 15 years of experience in technology and social impact. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Partner at The LoftyInc Group, which includes LoftyInc Allied Partners and LoftyInc Capital Management, an investment firm with over $60M in assets and a portfolio of high-growth startups.
From 2013 to 2015, Wole served as Operations Manager at iDEA Nigeria, a government‑backed incubator accelerator, and later led Opacus Technologies, a retail tech company developing value‑chain solutions across Africa.
Wole also co-founded Wennovation Hub, one of Nigeria’s first startup accelerators, which has trained over 50,000 innovators and supported hundreds of startups. Currently, he serves as Managing Director/CEO at SouthWest Innovation & Technology (SWIT) Co. Ltd, focused on research commercialization and deep-tech innovation in Africa.
