Prior to joining EMPIRE, she worked in music journalism, marketing, and product management at Africori, experiences that shaped her deep understanding of Africa’s music ecosystem.
Under her leadership, EMPIRE Africa has amplified the reach of artists like Fireboy DML, Kizz Daniel, Black Sherif and Olamide, securing placements on global charts and platforms such as EA Sports’ FIFA. Titi’s work is defined by her meticulous execution, cultural fluency, and passion for artist development. In 2023, she was recognized in Billboard’s Women in Music list, spotlighting her as one of the leading female executives shaping the African music landscape.
