Femi Taiwo is a purpose-driven leader in youth development and social innovation across Africa. He is the Founding Partner of F.I.T Africa (Facilitating Impact & Transformation), a consultancy that helps social and private sector organizations scale meaningful change. Formerly the Executive Director at LEAP Africa, Femi led the organization’s regional expansion and launched the Youth Day of Service, mobilizing thousands of young people for SDG-aligned community projects.
With experience at GlaxoSmithKline, in UK consulting, and the nonprofit sector, Femi combines business acumen with social impact expertise. He holds a First-Class degree in Computer Science from Covenant University and a Master’s in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School.
An Obama Africa Leader and Aspen Ideas Scholar, Femi continues to advise institutions like the African Union, Mastercard Foundation, and Citibank—driving systems-level change and empowering the next generation of African changemakers.
