Chinyere Inya is a Nigerian-American venture builder and community strategist, currently serving as Partner and Head of Platform at Future Africa, a leading venture capital firm supporting early-stage founders building solutions to Africa’s biggest challenges.
With previous experience at IBM Bluewolf, Ernst & Young, and JPMorgan Chase, she brings a strong background in operations, product delivery, and strategic innovation. Chinyere is also the founder of WAYAYA, a platform connecting Africans across the globe, and serves as a strategic advisor at Amplify Africa, a diaspora-focused media company.
Through her work, she is committed to building institutions and ecosystems that foster collaboration, capital, and culture across Africa and its diaspora. Her leadership continues to shape conversations around innovation, representation, and long-term impact in the African venture space.
